Notes

Made two 3L starters out of a smack pack. Second starter overflowed and lost some yeast (apprx half). Added 5g of distilled water: 2.5g with mash water and 2.5 with sparge water. Original recipe had the first hop addition at 60 min. Accidentally added it at 90 minutes. Fermented at 60degs.
