Taste Notes
very hoppy but not a lot of bite. fantastic nose. good malt but this is all about the hopsNotes
repeat dry hop regimen about 12 days into fermentation.
recipe calls for 0.5 ounces of everything for each dry hop. i had a ton of hops still on top so i cut my 2nd dry hop to 0.25 ounces of everything.
