Notes

Split into 2 batches of 3 gallons Will subsitute White Labs yeast for Wyeast Farmhouse ALe 3726 for primary fermenation (coundnt get Wyeast 3726, went with Wyeast Belgian Saison Yeast) Batch#1. Saison de Rhubarb Will add 1lb of cooked Rhubarb in secondary WIll use 2ndary WYeast of WILD SPECIALTY BEER BJCP 28C age for 8+months Batch#2. Tsunami Yuzu Saison Sour Will use 2ndary Wyeast of MIXED-FERMENTATION SOUR BEER BJCP 28B age for 8+months Will add 15oz Yuzu Juice into bottling, will age in bottle 4 months
