Notes
Kegged on 1/2/2018 with light brown sugar for natural carb and left next to the fridge at 64 deg
Better with age
by YakHerderOg was 1.086 and FG was 1.015. I ended up reducing the first gallon of runnings down to a quart of syrup. Not so good within 2mo and by the end of the keg it was pretty darn tasty and that was at 5mo. I still have a few bottles I made and are letting ride for a bit longer.
