Taste Notes

Great tast and aroma into secondary.

Notes

Heated mash water to 161 (should have been 163). Mash temperatures ranging between 149-152 and 4.7 ph. Mash time was at capacity with 13 pounds of grain. Fermentation was in a 5 gallon glass carboy set into a 10 gallon plastic trash can filled with water and temperature controlled by a fish tank heater and pump to circulate water. Basement temperature was 60° but the trashcan water temp held steady at 72°. 8 days in primary.
