Taste Notes

Won 2012 Light vs Dark competition at Twains Brewpub in Decatur , GA and will be brewed commercially.

Notes

Cool to 48 deg F. Oxygenated for 60 sec and pitch rehydrated dry yeast. Let temp rise to 50 deg F. After one week of active fermentation at 50 deg F let rise one degree a day to 57 deg F until finished.
