- Flame Out Hops:
Round #1: add at knockout, whirlpool for 20 min
Round #2: cooled to 150F, whirlpool for 20 min
- Water Adjustments:
Mash: 2.25 gal distilled / 3.75 gal filtered tap, 0.9 mL latic
Sparge: 1.75 gal distilled / 3.5 filtered tap, 0.4 mL lactic, minerals added post sparge
