Notes
Na mostura, começa com os 45 graus só com a aveia, a cevada torrada moída e 2kg do pilsen. Somente ao chegar nos 68 é que são adicionados os demais maltes e o resto do pilsen.
Adicionar 80 gramas de cacau na maturação e deixar NO MÍNIMO 3 semanas.
