Taste Notes

Using Bravo and Cascade along with west Coast Ale yeast to get a nice clean profile and let the hops punch through!! Ted used safeale S-05 FG 1.005 6.3%

Notes

8-5-2018 Mashed in @ 150F at 10:45 am. OG 1.053. FG 1.005 wow. Same FG on both batches. Kegging on 9-10-18. Pretty color. Tastes great out of fermenter. Not too bitter at first. Slight linger afterward. Not too strong for 6.3% abv It seems like the MJ batch tastes a little bit better outa the fermenter. Close.
