Notes

Began fermentation on 8/3 @ 53 degrees. Added Wyeast nutrient on 8/4. Will start diacetyl rest in 20 days. Ended up with 9 ish gallons at 1.057 added 1 gallon sams club water to reach 10G @ 1.047
