Taste Notes

Super sweet (duh) after 6 days 1.026 @ 68ºF

Notes

Equipment profile wrong. Had extra 2 gallons in mash, needed no sparge water. Added another 25 minuets to mash to auto tune the PID. No change to gravity. Ended up with 9 gallons of wort boiling down to original estimate of 7 gallons before adding anything.
