Super sweet (duh) after 6 days 1.026 @ 68ºFNotes
Equipment profile wrong. Had extra 2 gallons in mash, needed no sparge water.
Added another 25 minuets to mash to auto tune the PID. No change to gravity.
Ended up with 9 gallons of wort boiling down to original estimate of 7 gallons before adding anything. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
