Taste Notes
Green - Before bottling and carbination.
The nose is not nearly hoppy enough. Only slightly pine and lemon.
Slightly sweet on the front. May diminish slightly when carbonation takes place.
moderate bitterness of the finish.
Respectable IPA but needs some tweaking.
Notes
Some of the grain was aged a bit. THat and the newer equipment likely resulted in lower than targeted conversion.
Fermented at 71 degrees.
Used Zythos and Centenial
Dryhopped 1oz Amarillo in primary for 7 days.
Next time wait until it is in secondary and give it 10 days. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
