Taste Notes

This was an excellent House Amber Ale recipe that I used yesterday. I changed the bittering hop to Tetananger..Added one oz hop addition of Goldings at 20 minutes and 2 oz Goldings at 2 minutes. Noble hops and S-04 English Ale yeast should change the style to ESB. BOMB!! 6-28-23

Notes

Use whatever yeast strain that you like. PBG 1. 044. OG 1.052. Ran way short on wort from the usage of leaf Goldings. Adding 3/4 gallon of wort from yesterdays Amber batch. That OG was 1.065. Topped it off with .25 gallons of fresh water. Didn’t wanna lose my gravity points by topping off with straight water. It looks pretty dark. Should be ok..
