Mash @150 PH 5.1 OG 1.060 FG 1.014 1 week Turn off temp controller. Let free rise up to 68 deg Cool down to fermentation temperature of 49° 60 seconds O2 pitch yeast. Showing signs of slowed fermentation activity gently ramping the temperature up to 58°F/14°C over the course of a few days
