Notes

Mash with 6.25 gallons water in mash tun (1.25 quarts water / pound of grain) Thicker dough-in that we have done previously. Need to stir well to reduce amount of dough balls July 9 - SG 1.014 July 12 - FG 1.012 - Trub dumped, air lock changed, temp reduced to 55F July 16 - Small trub dump, added gelatine finings, temp reduced to 43f
