Taste Notes
This beer turned out AWESOME! Although the chocolate flavor was slightly less than the original, it was very apparent on the palate at the start and finish. Chocolate aroma apparent in the nose as well. This was a medium light bodied beer that in my opinion was better cool rather than cold.Notes
Good strong ferment after 12 - 16 hrs.
