Notes

Brewed on 4 July 2014 and fermented at 74 degrees F. Kegged on 17 July 14. All of the hops and yeast had fallen to the bottom of the carboy, leaving a very clear beer with no haze to mention. The smell reminded me of the "Hello Simcoe" beer from Freetail Brewing.
