Taste Notes
This batch won third at 2015 BlueBonnet Brew Off
CC16--Malt and Hops fairly balanced until after tast. Bittering hops a bit high. Starts Bitter, Tiny abount of citrus Bitterness borders on harsh. Some grainy/bread malt comes through/ Bitter after task lingers. Notes
CC2016 -- Reduced first wort addition and distributed IBUs to remainder of the additions to compensate for over bitterness. Moved from Phosphoric acid to acidulated malt
5/27/2017 -- Moved 13 IBUS from First wort to 10 minute addition.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
