Dicas do Murilo
Na receita da Petroleum vai aveia e cevada torrada moida.
Começar a 45 graus por 15 minutos com toda a aveia + a cevada torrada moida + 2 x o peso dos não maltados (aveia e cevada torrada moida) de malte pilsen.
Depois vai a 55 por 30 minutos.
Depois vai a 68 graus por uma hora com todo o resto do malte, torrade e especial tb.
Aqui fica até terminar de converter todo o amido existente.
