Kjøling gikk i stå, så 5 liter ble igjen i gryta i tillegg til bunnfall. Totalt til fermenteringsbøtter ble 25+25+18, men skulle altså vært 25+25+23. Pitchet ca 1 liter tynn gjærkake fra Sigmunds forrige WIT i hver av 25 literne, og 3/4 liter i 18-literen
