Taste Notes

Ginger is OK levels, but didn't enjoy the flavor the fresh ginger added. Maybe a bit less, or none. Needs some molasis or prob better - dark chocolate. Something to give it more backbone. A good base. Nice chocolate notes go well, so keep this. Needs more middle.
