Taste Notes
Lovely balance. Deep chocolate and slight dark fruit, licorice hints to the nose and palate. Malty, with low-medium bitterness. Nice balanced warmth from alcohol afterwards. A keeper in my books.Notes
Water additions to make london water profile - mash only. All water triple filtered (2 carbon filters)
Put in dry yeast into bottle. Temp around 20c. Based on initial data, looks like yeast had a slow start...12 hours, but not sure if data was transmitting properly from tilt, as when checked it dropped 5 points instantly. Try again next brew (Black IPA).
