Taste Notes

Mash was too low. 62-64*. Needs to be 64-66 7 days First poor was very bitter, sucked up alot of hop residue i think. Second and third a little better, some nice toffee malt and honey coming through. Still very cloudy at 6 days in the keg. Big fruit flavours of passionfruit and honey, still too bitter. MONITOR BITTERNESS BIG DRY HOP MAY HAVE ADDED BITTERNESS 14 day Great balance of toffee malts and orange citrus flavours. Bottling is in consistant carbonation, keg is spoton.
