With a twist
by UsstanDid a test batch of this one (5L), but using Belle Saison yeast form Danstar instead of #3522. Loved it!
Such a great Saison base
by monstervicWell, I have to admit I have modified your recipe a bit, but still the base is yours. I have no access to Wyeast 3522 so I have used Mangrove Jacks M29 instead, and for 10 mins boiling at the end I have added 50g Orange peels and 10g coriander. And it's became a great Saison.
I repitched the yeast from Northern Brewer's Cynic kit. I didn't expect anything from it but ended up with a crisp saison that is great in the summer.
