Good times. Missed a lot of targets. Mashed at a lower temp (148f) and added water to hit 152. Ending up with an extra gallon of beer at a slightly lower abv, which I'm actually in to. Lower mash temp should hopefully help dry it out too. It'll be great. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
