Notes

Inspired by a recipe and description of Focal Banger, adjusted towards APA, even I've never tasted it - and it's probably way off. Whirlpool starting at 79C for 20 min, cooling stopped during the whirlpool. In the recipe I used 5 min addition at FO, 100 C, to account for some bitterness.
