Taste Notes

A levedura pura atenuou pouco. Sensorialmente, ficou doce residual. Depois eu tive que acrescentar WLP001 pra secar mais. Acho que essa levedura pode não ser sacaromices, o que leva a crer ser bretta, e, consequentemente, necessitar de um longo tempo de primária.
