rev3 tasting notes: rev2 tasting notes: Overall a good beer. If Brewed again, try increasing the Munich malt, and decreasing the dry hopping. Decrease the dry hopping for calypso more than mosaic

water profile: RXSD2RX English FG is 1012, yeast1056 FG is 1007. For 1056, I dryhopped with 1oz Amarillo in addition to the even split if dry hopping with the others for the english The English was far superior, keep with that recipe
