Notes

Brewed 5/21/2018 Brewed in the evening after work at around 6pm. Finished up by 11:30. Harvested yeast from primary of another saison. Pitched yeast at 78°F. Volume was way too high at 6.5 gallons. SG 1.045. Plan to add 1 lb of sugar tomorrow evening to try to bring the SG up to 1.052.
