Notes

Brygget 03.05.18. Bommet «en del» med melkesyren og fikk altfor lav PH (ca. 4). Vørterprøve smaker normalt. SG målt 07.05: 1010. Normal smak. Tørrhumlet 12.05. Flasket 18.05. FG: 1006. PH: 2.75 (!). God, tørrhumlet smak. Spent på smak etter karbonering. Første forsøk på karbonering med glukose.
