Taste Notes
Fine beer. Not super distinct in any way.Notes
1 tsp CaCl, 1/2 tsp Gypsum. Switched from Pils to Vienna to avoid longer boil. Used Imperial Pub Yeast for first time.
Overnight mash started at 154 F. Finished at 130 F 7 hours later. High efficiency. Will dilute with distilled water at kegging. 40 minute boil. Started chilling before I put in flameout hops. Hopped at 170 degrees. Stopped chilling for 10 minutes to hold hops at 160-165.
Pitched at 67. Room temp at 72. Traveled for work checked on Day 4 and fermentation was already complete. SG at 1.013.
Dryhopped with 1 oz Galaxy on 06.29.18.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
