Amount Name Type #
11 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1
11 lbs Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 2
1 lbs Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 3
1.75 oz Motueka [7.0%] - First Wort Hops 4
2.00 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) Misc 5
1.75 oz Nelson Sauvin [13.0%] - Boil 10 min Hops 6
2.00 oz Motueka [7.0%] - Boil 5 min Hops 7
1.0 pkgs Bohemian Lager (Wyeast Labs #2124) Yeast 8

Taste Notes

Benefited greatly from 2 months in cold storage. The sweetness parted just enough and made way for an even crispness to complement the slightly sweet, slightly tart lime notes coming from the Motueka hops. Clarity is to style in the second keg as the first had a bit more yeast transferred and didn't condition as long.
