Notes

Two bottle dregs into 250ml @ 1.020, then into 500ml @ 1.030, then into a 2L @ 1.036. For a projected yeast count of 361 billion cells. Lower and expected mash efficiency, added 1 pound of DME to the boil. Bringing the starting gravity to 1.036. Could be due to some other wheat not being crushed. Adjust the mill to a smaller gap next time for any wheat.
