Notes
Prep:
Add yeast energizer/nutrient and yeast to ~1 L apple juice on stir plate. Allow to process for roughly 18 hours prior to pitching.
Brewday:
Sanitize around lid of honey bottles, open, add honey to fermeter.
Sanitize around lid of apple juice bottles, open, and add juice directly to fermenter. A funnel might be handy for this operation. Stir juice very gently after each bottle is added.
After adding all juice, pitch yeast starter and place airlock.
Question regarding the TreeTop
by Rednick90Do I add the Treetop during the boil or during the Bottling stage?
