Notes

first dry hop charge on day two for three days in a sock. remove after the the third day. second dry hop charge in two socks when fermentation is complete. remove after three days then crash the beer to 1.5 c. after the beer has been crashed for two days transfer to a co2 purged keg and carb to 12 psi.
