Notes

10 min addition in all steep hops at 85 deg for 45 min. 6ml simcoe oil added at 60min 15ml 88% lactic acid 30g sulfate. Finished at 1.008. Dry hopped 3 days at 17 and then crashed. Damn tasty after a couple months in the keg. Brite as after using biofine.
