Taste Notes
Raspberry wheat beer https://beerrecipes.org/Recipe/1166/raspberry-wheat-ag.html 1.1mm grind and barley malt first. 1.050 OG. I forgot to thaw raspberries so racked on to frozen berries and heated up with belt from 13C 27/4/17. 1.010 FG. Used Hallertauer tradition 4.7% hops - a bit too bitter. Therefore reduce bittering hops for net batch from 14 to 12.2 IBU. 4.5g sugar per bottle (bottled 19/05/17).Notes
