Taste Notes

added 2mg Magnesium pre boil SG 1.045 at 10gal pitched Mangrove Jacks M44 US West Coast Yeast (10g pack) at 26 deg C and fermented at 18 deg C

Notes

Was heavely distracted with this brew and forgot tom measure ph until late into the mash which measured 5.9 so used 5ml of lactic acid to drop it down to 5.25 but struggled getting the temperature up because of running out of gas without noticing for a little while (20min or so) luckily I had a back up...
