Notes

(Biermuncher's recept) Bryggningen fortlöpte planenligt. Första gången jag använde kottar istf pellets. Avtappningskranen satte igen. Irriterande. Skakade jäshinken intensivt och länge. 2015-02-08 Jäser fint 2015-02-11 1,011. Mycket ljus och rensmakande. Inte särskilt kraftig vare sig malt- eller humlemässig. Men det var ju meningen.
