Notes

YEAST PREP 04/12/18 Starter: 2x1600ml starter with 160g dme and 1/2 tsp fermax each. Pitched aprox 1.5 packets of yeast in each and placed on stirplate. BREWDAY - 04/13/18 Mash / Lauter: PH: 5.31 Iodine test: Pass Mash Gravity (at mash out): 1.065 Avg Mash Temp was 49F Recirculated for half sacc rest Mash out for 15min at 170F. Sparged slowly for 1 hour. Boil: Uneventful - everything on time. OG: 1.041 Volume: 12 gallons Yeast Pitching: Pitched at 67F Accidently pitched yeast before adding O2. Added 2min of O2. Fermentation: Set Controller to 65F. Final Gravity Kegged Split dry hop in half (one in each keg attached to the lid).
