Notes

3-13-17: Pitched the yeast around 2:45pm, which is about 24 hours later than moving the beer to the fermentor. I wanted to throttle the temp of the 15 gallons in the SS to the 67* and get everything synced up. Have 3 gallons in a carboy being water chilled separately and lined through the fermentor. So far, if we need the 15 gallons at 67*, I have had to keep the 3 gallons at 65* or 66*. 3-16-17: 1.020 Gravity Reading with temp at 67* 3-17-17: 1.016 Gravity Reading and the beer spiked on temp up to 69* 3-18-17: No check on Gravity 3-19-17: 1.012 Gravity Reading with temp at 67*
