Notes
This is how i'd do it if I was making this recipe.
Bring 2 gal. water up to 160 F, add grains and allow to mash for 30 minutes
remove grains and rinse with 1 gal hot water
bring to boil, remove from heat, add LME
Return to boil
Add Hallertau hops, boil 45 minutes
Add Tetternang hops, boil 10 minutes
Add Whirlfloc tablet, boil 5 minutes
Flame out, begin cooling
Primary:
Ferment in primary 1 week
Secondary:
Transfer to secondary, add Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice
Ferment 1 week
Bottle with priming solution
