Mash Grains in 2gal. water at 155 F for 30 minutes Rinse Grains with 1 gal. water Bring to boil and remove from heat Add LME and Return to boil Add Mt. Hood hops 60 minutes Add Tettnanger hops 30 minutes Add whirlfloc tablet 10 minutes Add Citra Hops 5 minutes Primary: 1 week Secondary: Add Lemon zest from a medium sized lemon, and 1oz juice (fresh squeezed) 1 week Priming: 5oz. priming sugar boiled in 2 cups water for five minutes
