Taste Notes

Aroma: 8/12 - Fruity citrus hop aroma. Mild oxidation(wet paper). Appearance: 3/3 - Gold. Good clarity, Firm white head. Flavour: 15/20 - Citrus American hop flavours. Firm bitterness. Some caramel malt notes. Mouthfeel: 4/5 - Light to medium body. Good carbonation. Overall Impression: Pleasant American style ale. But lacks the assertiveness, would expect of an IPA. Good effort!

Notes

2nd place Bungendore Show 2013 (37/50). Ended up being 6.4%ABV
