Notes
Snowy day started brew day at 07:00. Gravety into fermentor 1.077 higher than expected and 5.5 gal into fermentor. Only 2.5 gal mash out difficult time sparging to get to 6.8 gal into boil taking an additional hour to achieve. Wort has a very rich a s sweet flavor.
