Taste Notes

Pacific rain Pours golden in color with a thin, quickly disipating head. Beer is crystal clear, hard to believe that there are any oats in this. Body is thin, bubbly. aroma is citrus and pine, disipates as quickly as the head. taste is smooth and slightly hoppy. Not much malt, well balanced

Notes

V. 1.0 Did a very bad job of taking notes on this session, but everything went off as planned, hit all the numbers right. Tasting sample pulled on 8/19, beer is very well balanced, good mouthfeel and aroma is pleasant, citrus and pine, but light, not in your face. Hoppier than I anticipated. Beer is very hazy, a result of the oats in the grain bill. May try to cold crash and gelatin fine. 9/14 Currently on tap, probably half through keg. Aaron is happy with this beer. V1.1
