1.0 pkgs Lactobacillus Blend (Omega Yeast Labs #OYL605) Yeast 4
1.0 pkgs Omega Yeast Alt (Omega Yeast Labs #OYL001) Yeast 5

Notes

After mash boil 15 minutes, cool to 80F add enough Lactic acid to drop pH to 4.5. Pitch Lacto, cover with CO2, monitor pH to 3.7. Boil 90 minutes and add hops. Cool to yeast pitching temp, aerate and pitch yeast. Ferment, carb and serve. Use Helles water. Pitched lacto at 6:30am 95ml salt solution 133ml lime juice solution
