Mash in completed at 8 am, 2 degrees shy of target, recirculated in hlt at 160 degrees to achieve 148
Lost some wort during lauter, boiling for 1.5 hours to compensate
3/8 - dry hopped with 3 oz mosaic and 2oz citra cryo
3/16- kegged and bottled, tasting notes perfect mouthfeel, could use more tropical hop aromas.
