Pitched 2 Goodbelly shots
Preacidified wort with .85 tbsp (12 ml?) of lactic acid. pH unknown. still reading over 4.5.

After 35 hours pH ~3.9.
3/7/18
After 58 hours pH ~3.5-3.6. Heated wort to ~205 for 15+ min. Added like 20 hop pellets when near boil. Probably sat in wort for 35 min before starting immersion chiller. Hopefully not too many ibus.

OG using refractometer 1.0485. Fully cooled and in fermenter by 11:00pm

Added 3 ( Guava, Mango, Apricot) 33.8 oz (.79 gallons) of Philicon juice.
