Notes

3/4/18 Pitched 2 Goodbelly shots Preacidified wort with .85 tbsp (12 ml?) of lactic acid. pH unknown. still reading over 4.5. 3/6/18 After 35 hours pH ~3.9. 3/7/18 After 58 hours pH ~3.5-3.6. Heated wort to ~205 for 15+ min. Added like 20 hop pellets when near boil. Probably sat in wort for 35 min before starting immersion chiller. Hopefully not too many ibus. 3/7/18 OG using refractometer 1.0485. Fully cooled and in fermenter by 11:00pm 3/9/18 Added 3 ( Guava, Mango, Apricot) 33.8 oz (.79 gallons) of Philicon juice. 3/18/18 Kegged. FG 1.008. pH 3.3. Saved K97 yeast cake in fridge.
