AG#110 was superb. Taking wheat back to 8% and adding 4kg lager malt to get this even cleaner and paler. Yeast attenuation set to give about 83% AA for Mangrove Jack M44 West Coast dry yeast at 66C. Yeast: 3 packets of Mangrove Jack M44 Mr Tasty water
